If you are busted and a new bet is opened the system gives you $25. Sort of a virtual welfare system for folks who can't manage their own money - just like the real world.

Oh8ch: Will the odds change based on bets, or are they locked? A shit-load of folks are betting Zwick at 5-1, almost three times as much vCash as on 3-1 Boeckman.

That is what I had hoped we could do back when we started using the betting software (true parimutuel wagering). As it turns out if I go back and change the odds after an event has started the SW ignores the new odds and pays out at the old rate.

I'm still confused. You will be paying out on the 29th of July on what? The starter? On the 29th, you won't (nor will anyone, including J.T.) know for sure who the starter will be. Will you just be chosing at random? Your favorite? I know it's gambling, but still...
