27.5 is a lot...I'll pass. We'll lead by more than that at some point, but Tressel will put the second and third team D in.

Edit: Ah, screw it. It's only vCash, and if Texas fans are going to go all in...

Hell yeah, all in. You guys are going to kick the shit out of them. I think Ginn is going to blow up against people of SDSU's talent. No hangover, your team is too collected for that.

Look at Carp. What do you think happens seven days after you see your dog shot in front of you and somebody provokes you? He is going to punish some people.

I would probably take -17 with your second team defense in the entire game.

This isn't Cooper. I'll never put real money on an OSU game, but I just don't ever see OSU running up a huge score on an oppenant this year. I like SDSU getting that many points. OSU should win 33-10 or so.

I hate to give so many points. Tressel never tries to run up the score on any opponent. Ohio State can be ahead 34 - 0 with 2:30 to go in the game and the 3rd team defense gives up two quick touchdowns:

Nice to see some of you guys sticking around...

Oh, and I really feel sorry for SDSU... This is going to be a butt whoopin, old fashion style. I think our boys are really pissed about losing last week.

SDSU will really be getting the raw end of the deal this Saturday.

I know Tress & Co. don't like running up the score, but to make up for the drop in the polls, would a blow out win help us in the eyes of the voters? Holding them to 7 or less would seem to be more than feasable...

A 42-3 win would be an awesome (allsome...haha) confidence booster for the fans as well as a team.

I know its a rarity to run up the score, but Im going with OSU on this one after Saturdays home loss.

FYI: OSU has only dropped 4 home games with Tressel, but has never lost 2 in a row:

2001: L - Wisconsin (17-20)...W - San Diego St. (27-12)

2004: L - Wisconsin (13-24)....W - Indiana (30-7)

2005: L - Tejas (25-22)...? - San Deigo St. (? - ?)

Tress has put 50+ on people before at OSU.

He'll keep calling the plays, question is can the 2nd stringers execute and is SDSU really that outmanned?

The only 50+ point games under Tressel were Kent State (51-17) and San Jose State (50-7) in 2002. In the Kent State game, we were up 38-14 at half, but two of our TDs came on INTs (Doss and--who else--Hawk), so Tressel kept the first team until the fourth. In the SJSU game, we were up only 10-7 early in the second quarter, so Tressel didn't pull the first team until we went up 41-7 in the third.
