This is actually a better matchup for the Zags than SDSU, b/c IU is not all that quick and those are the teams Zaga has trouble with.

I think you're right on the money. I would really like to see IU make a run in the tournament for Mike Davis. It seems very possible that they will win this game. Gonzaga always seems to play down to everyone's level, and I don't think this game will be any exception. Even if 'Zaga wins (which I don't think they will), I think the game should be really close.

Gonzaga plays to the level of their competition. They can hang with the big boys, and then drop down to the level of their mid-major foes during the season/tourney. Once I see otherwise, I will have more respect for them.

Yeah well they have a very good squad, but struggle against quicker teams, but IU is not a very quick team and they have someone to matchup with Killingsworth and they also have two other big guys that IU has no one to match up with, and I am still trying to figure out who is going to guard Morrison, b/c there isnt anyone that can play him man up. Play a zone and they will light it up from behind the arc.

I picked Gonzaga for this game, but IU shouldn't have made it past the first round. I was moreso responding to your FF comment about the zags.
