Good call. Tressel will not hammer anyone. Too much class, and you're right, he'll call off the dogs. The only way I see us making +34.5 is if Boeckman keeps handing off to Mo Wells, and he breaks one after another. Then we'll see the senior walk-ons, etc. Good time to rest the starters, heal up some of them with nagging injuries, as Northwestern will NOT be a piece of cake, and then comes......meatchicken.
The offense will be off-tackle right, off-tackle left, dare you to stop it. Maybe Ginn goes for 5 tds on punt returns, as I don't see Illinois doing much more than 3 and out all day long. I'm betting we see the defense second stringers in there by the second quarter.
On the other hand, Illinois has ALWAYS played us tough. They've had more talent, but they always come out strong.

I was calling 51-3, but I didn't have the sack to lay down the vCash knowing Tress's more conservative nature. It appears our offense has outgrown the playcalling. At least I made 250 on the ND-Tenn game.
