So will this be paid out after he announces on the 1st?

Well this was a "no lose" vBet if you did the math, and I took full advantage of that fact. I know, I'm a scumbag, but at least I made sure I only would make any vCash if he chose tOSU. Broke even, but I still feel a little dirty though.
