vBet for USC-Utah fix

FYI, the refs originally said that USC's last TD, returning a blocked FG as time ran out, didn't count since the USC team ran on the field long before the guy scored. That made the final score 17-14 USC, and not covering USC -8.5. I paid out the Utah (+8.5), as did Vegas.

About two hours later, the PAC-12 ruled that the TD counted, making the final score 23-14. Vegas ended up paying out both sides for USC and Utah, as will BP.

This fixes a tiny scrape, which is nice. But the amount I bet on the Toledo game because I was SO CERTAIN the Buckeyes would cover is the cranial amputation that reminds me why I never bet real money.
