After reading his father's comments I guess we can cross him of our wish lists. Most unfortunate because he seems to have a real nasty attitude on the field. Not sure how that jibes with Dabo's church, but who cares?

Glad to see we made the cut But I think we will likely pursue Leigh to the end because he is super talented. Even if/when Latham commits, I see Latham as an OT and see Leigh as a future guard. I think we have room for him, but he just seems to be somewhat of a longshot at this stage.

-Has the great relationship with Stud, whom he watches film with weekly. He says Ohio State has made a big move with him over the last few months, and Paris Johnson is selling him on the program.

-Extremely positive update for the Buckeyes. Wiltfong gives LSU the slightest edge right now, but says the Buckeyes are right there.

Kudos to you for bringing that point up. Don't know if Henderson is acquainted with Leigh or not but I would guess so on some level. It would certainly behoove him to help in the pursuit of a 5 star that could make his future efforts a lot easier.

Looks like both our '21 RB commits have reached out to Leigh vla twitter today, so there is some sort of connection there.

“To be honest, I like them because of their honesty in recruiting,” Leigh said of LSU and Clemson. “I really like both campuses, and what they have to offer for opportunities past football, whether that is the NFL, or in the working world.”

I realize that Dabo is a "player's coach"; however, I'm kind of surprised to see "Clemson" and "honesty" in the same sentence.

Leigh does not plan on making a decision any time soon.

“He still wants to take some visits,” the elder Leigh said before adding, “he talks a lot about Clemson and LSU.

These last two quotes are good news for Ohio State, at least it give the Buckeyes to get him on campus for a visit before he makes any "commitment".

Well that's great to hear, would be ENORMOUS to land Leigh after missing on Latham, though I don't think that one is over. Latham or no Latham, Leigh needs to be an absolute priority and it sounds like he is. Honestly pretty surprised to hear we gained so much ground.
