Hmm, that stinks. Hope your able to watch it.

Summary of tomorrow's coverage schedule.
Live Coverage Information: USA-Mexico - U.S. Soccer

In other news, it seems like the US will be able to arrive on gameday (good strategy).

Bob Bradley Explains Late Arrival In Mexico City - World Soccer - Yahoo! Sports

The United States will train in Miami ahead of the CONCACAF World Cup qualifying match against arch-rivals Mexico, only flying in to Mexico City on gameday for the match.

The lack of time for the players to adjust to the altitude and smog has raised eyebrows, but U.S. head coach Bob Bradley pointed toward research backing his plans in a conference call.

?We have worked for a long time with different experts on altitude training, including many from The U.S. Olympic Committee,? Bradley said. ?The research that we have stuck with is the one that says if you don't have enough time to acclimatize, which can take 10 days or so, then going in late is your best bet. That is the way we've scheduled things, knowing that in a single fixture date, players have only arrived on the last day.? Cont...
Update- ok, so I guess this isn't the plan. It seems the team left Miami for DF earlier this afternoon and is there now. They might have gone to another city at sea-level around Mexico City and plan on just driving in. Then they don't have to worry about any delays on gameday (:pissed: customs!). The nights' sleep in Mexico is gonna be tough though. It is very common for fire alarms to be set all throughout the night.

Just called Claddagh at Newport on the Levee. Claddagh is part of the US Soccer Bar Program and are supposed to have all the matches. They said they also do not receive mun2 and won't be able to show the match.

Looks like I'll be heading to El Rancho Grande.

SI.com has extensive coverage of the match featured on their front page right now. Previews, looks back a past showdowns, and some interesting coverage of Jose Francisco Torres - the young Texan who plays for the US after being heavily courted by both nations.

I'd love for the US to be up dos a cero near the end, and for Torres to get subbed in just to hear the crowd.

It'd be more likely that Torres would get subbed in if we were down a goal and looking for offence. If we're up dos a cero Bob will bunker an sub on another defender of holding mid.

shit. 1-1.

dirty mexican's getting some calls early. nice shot though.

Nasty shot. US needs to get that clear. Even with the no-call, Donovan was carrying it into a couple defenders anyway.
