I eat a lot of salads. Its kind of a new thing for me (again). I usually only add a little diced ham, cheddar cheese, grape tomatoes and half of a hard boiled egg. I use lite ranch dressing in moderation.

This thread sucks. I will continue to eat Cobb salad drenched in bleu cheese dressing, and will continue to feel good about it. :p

You're right, very rarely and when I do, I eat them at home using spinach instead of lettuce, maybe some croutons, a little shredded cheese, Italian dressing and that's about it.
I just couldn't believe the fat grams and calories in some of those things.
