Following Ohio State’s 78-75 win over the West Virginia Mountaineers in the Legends of Basketball Classic at Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse in Cleveland, Ohio. The Buckeyes moved to 11-2 and now will enter 2024 with 18 conference games left on the slate.
First, Roddy Gayle and Jamison Battle talked to the media. Gayle finished with a career-high 32 points, six rebounds, and five assists, while Battle recorded 17 points and nine rebounds. After Gayle and Battle talked to the media, head coach Chris Holtmann came out and discussed the game and the Buckeyes' adjustments from the first to the second half in shooting and defense.
