UF on the ropes vs. Vandy

Did anyone see where Noah and Vandy's coach got into it a little bit? So the ball bounces out of bounds and Vandy's coach catches it. It is Florida's ball, and Noah is going to in bound it. Noah tries to reach around Vandy's coach to take the ball out of his hands, and Vandy's coach slaps Noah's arms away. Noah incredulously looks at the ref, who doesn't do anything, so Noah tries to rip the ball from Vandy's coach again.

My thoughts:
1) Noah overstepped his bounds by trying to take the ball out of Vandy's coach's hands the first time. Often in basketball, the ball will bounce into a coach's hands, and he will hold onto the ball while he tries to talk to the refs, as Vandy's coach was doing. Noah trying to take the ball out of his hands the first time showed a lack of respect IMO.
2) Vandy's coach overreacted by slapping Noah's arms away. He should've just shielded Noah from the ball with his body.
3) Noah really acted like a punk the second time he tried to take the ball away. It was like he thought he should've gotten it the first time, felt disrespected by the coach for slapping his arms away, and wasn't going to let the coach get away with it.

Thoughts on this?

Maybe if Vandy didn't have that gay-ass court where the benches are at the end of the floor, this wouldn't have happened.

FWIW, I don't think Noah did anything wrong.

Well they have been the opposite of us...They have been giving teams big leads and then coming back and winning the game...And it finally bit them in that ass...

I still don't think Vandy is that good of a team, but they are 8-4 in the SEC. IMO that tells me that the SEC isnt any better than the big ten...

I think a team like Indiana or MSU is better than Vandy...

First off, Vandy's coach had no business with the ball, unless his fat ass wants to change into shorts and join the fucking game. But, I'll address each numbered point.

1. Head coaches--or any other non-players--have no business whatsoever holding onto the ball. If they happen to get the ball, they need to immediately turn it over to the ref. If they don't, the refs need to take take to ball from them and T their ass. I saw the highlight, and as much as I fucking hate that bitch-ass Noah, he did nothing wrong in trying to get the ball from someone who had no business with it.

2. The coach had no business with the ball (see Point 1 above), so his keeping it from the opposition when it's their possession is childish. As for intentially making contact with an opposing player, T his ass up.

3. As you noted, Noah initially tried to get the ball from the opposing coach (who had no business with it, see Points 1 and 2 above), and when he didn't get it, he looked to the ref (who should've stepped in) for help. It was only when he got no help from the ref that Noah tried for the second time to get the ball (which was rightfully his). Again, Noah is a punk-ass bitch, but in this case he was not in the wrong.

Let's Play Spot the Mistake with Andy Katz

Apparently those Commodores may have to pony up as much as $25K for the fans storming the court following their upset win over UF.

Now read the following from Andy Katz at ESPN and spot the mistake - greenies to the winner!

CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. -- Vanderbilt's upset over Florida on Saturday will certainly boost its NCAA Tournament r?sum? but it has the possibility for a major dent in the Commodores' athletic department budget. Vandy is now subject to a penalty of up to $25,000 after fans stormed the court in Nashville, the 'Dores second offense of a three-year-old rule on court storming in the SEC. Vandy was fined $5,000 in 2005 after fans stormed the court following a second-round NIT win over Wichita State.
An SEC spokesperson said Saturday that commissioner Mike Slive would rule on an amount soon. CBS, which televised the game, stayed with the court storming and you could see yellow-jacketed security officers trying in vain to keep the students from crashing the court.

I thought when he said in the SEC, he was referring to to inter-conference play. Do I have to have INSIDER to find the mistake?
No the mistake is in plain view in the snippet of the article quoted by me earlier.

There is no catch, and there is nothing academic -- really, you could get this in a couple of searches on Google .....

Clue (not likely useful for a Google search, but a clue nonetheless) - think Gee, lots of Gordon Gee.
