Greg Anthony has to be the dumbest mother fucker on television.

Kentucky lost because they didnt shoot the 3 well?

Kentucky hit 9 out of 27 for 33%.

UConn hit 1 out of 12 for 8.3%.

Did you actually watch the game????
Greg Anthony is one of, if not the, best analyst out there. I get what he was saying. It's not so much the percentages they made as when they were making them and their shot selection in doing so. They got hot in spurts, but when they really needed them down the stretch, they were clanging them left and right. Some of them were downright bad choices, including the epically stupid final shot and the brick off the front of the rim by Knight that they got lucky in getting back because the uconn defenders looked like Earnest Byner in the '87 AFC Championship Game.

Watching that smug ass Barkley whiffing on damn near every prediction from elite 8 to the final two has been fun.

you realize he lost to an even slimier coach who was actually guilty of something, right?

Are you implying that Calipari hasn't been guilty of anything?

It's just a matter of time until Kentucky has this Final Four appearance vacated and Calipari is coaching elsewhere. Maybe Connecticut.

If not him, then certainly someone:

But forgotten in Calipari?s quick turnaround of Kentucky is a native of this bustling metroplex who was instrumental in the Wildcats? resurrection: Bilal Batley.

Batley abruptly resigned as assistant director of basketball operations/manager after he violated NCAA rules by rebounding for a player during a workout in July 2009. Kentucky self-reported the secondary violation and sent Batley a letter of admonishment. Batley?s job did not allow him to have on-court interaction with players. When he resigned, a team spokesman said he did so to return home because of an illness in his family.

But a nearly two-year FOXSports.com investigation revealed that Batley also broke NCAA rules by making repeated impermissible telephone calls while at both Memphis and Kentucky to recruits, such as DeMarcus Cousins, and their parents.
