Greg Anthony is one of, if not the, best analyst out there. I get what he was saying. It's not so much the percentages they made as when they were making them and their shot selection in doing so. They got hot in spurts, but when they really needed them down the stretch, they were clanging them left and right. Some of them were downright bad choices, including the epically stupid final shot and the brick off the front of the rim by Knight that they got lucky in getting back because the uconn defenders looked like Earnest Byner in the '87 AFC Championship Game.

Batley abruptly resigned as assistant director of basketball operations/manager after he violated NCAA rules by rebounding for a player during a workout in July 2009. Kentucky self-reported the secondary violation and sent Batley a letter of admonishment. Batley?s job did not allow him to have on-court interaction with players.
