    NORTH PORT, Fla. -- Four people died when the car they were in made an illegal U-turn and collided with a tractor-trailer carrying 8,500 gallons of gasoline, authorities said.

    The tractor did not explode as it slammed into the Toyota Camry on the two-lane River Road about 12:15 p.m. Monday.

    pretty much... this happened about 45 minutes from here. The truck driver told a witness that when he saw the car he kept saying "don't pull out, don't pull out" and then they pulled out and he plowed into them. We have video of the scene and there are these huge gashes in the road from the driver trying to stop.

    and that's funny? none of us would be alive if we were to pay for a stupid driving choice with our lives. i certainly don't think that this is funny, especially considering that we don't know the full set of circumstances.

    Agreed. That's just a karma thing for me. Mocking the dead is bad. Unless its Saddam. Then I'll take my chances.
