U.S. Men's National Soccer (Official Thread)

On a side note, watched the 30 for 30 "The Two Escobars" this weekend and feel extremely old, since I was at many of those World Cup games.

I still give it a zero percent chance U.S. Soccer would ever wear something as wild as those '94 Adidas star kits, but I think I liked them at the time (I can't remember).

Can't believe Michael Bradley did something good.

Usually I criticize him for slowing up play and not going box-to-box. I guess there's still time left for me to do that.

Well...let's Sam Allardyce/Tony Pulis this thing, bitches.

If anyone watched England/Scotland from Saturday, FOX really needs to work kinks out because they were calling goals before they even went in (audio was off from the video).

My hopes aren't that high for anything FOX, so why would the World Cup be any different.

Well, look at it this way...nothing could ever be worse than one of the WCs in the 80s that TNT carried...they had commercials during the game, and they literally missed like every goal while on break

Yeah, I remember in 1990 when Schillaci scored for Italy in the semis against Argentina and they came back he was celebrating (that might've been ESPN though).
