There hasn't been one time -- not once -- that I haven't laughed/chuckled whenever there is a FIFA slogan (i.e. Handshake for Peace, Building Football Everywhere, etc.) on the field or some kind of FIFA Racism/Fair Play speech (like the ones prior to matches). It's like they want people to forget how corrupt FIFA is.

Abby Wambach shouldn't start the Final, but who knows considering her influence with U.S. Soccer (see Tom Sermanni).

One body extremely happy is corrupt FIFA. The goal was to get the U.S. or Canada as far in the tournament as possible (Jerome Valcke even admitted it to Sports Illustrated, citing ticket sales).

The person handing out the trophy Sunday is Issa Hayatou (Sepp is terrified to travel anywhere close to America). Hayatou is extremely dirty (customary for FIFA).

It would be powerful for the team that wins to refuse the trophy from FIFA, but they won't do that.

FIFA is investing $22 million into Women's Football from 2015-18. Same body dumped $27 million into "United Passions".

So putting the US in the group of death and having the 1 seed 3 seed and in the same half is getting them as far as possible?

I mean I know fifa is corrupt but I think that part is stretch

No, it was the U.S. playing Colombia and China/Cameroon (neither Group winner), while Germany (Group winner) gets France (Group winner) in the quarterfinals and Canada faced Switzerland and Norway/England (neither Group winner).

The two biggest crowd draws, the U.S. and Canada, would be the only two of the six seeded teams that would avoid having to play against another seeded team until the semifinals.
