I've said this before, but the Mexican commentator doesn't do this broadcast any favors. I get what ESPN's trying to do, and it's lame. I would be OK with it if he provided insight about something that's taking place on the pitch. Instead all we get is "watch for so-and-so, he's awesome."

Also, it seems to me like the camera is zoomed out a bit too far to me. It's odd because my complaint for Crew games is that the camera is usually too tight.

I'm far from a soccer expert, but Dempsey seems to be playing well so far. And why wasn't that guy booked for the dive? I know, because it almost never happens (the booking, not the dive).

Well, I agree with the ref on that one. It looked to me like neither a foul nor a dive. Just clean, physical play.
