Did we do anything different to tweets within the last couple weeks? Either my work started blocking embedded tweets, or something on BP changed....but now I can't follow any recruiting threads or our President's shenanigans because I can't read a damn thing.

I finally found (bothered to look for) another site that also embeds tweets....and they aren't displaying properly either, although they at least display the text of the tweet. Guess it's just my work internet. :sad2:

On someone else's wifi? Does it still do it when using 4G instead?
own wifi. loads on the android firefox app, though. firefox labels buckeyeplanet as "not secure," "parts of this page are not secure (such as images)." disabling protection does nothing. disabling ublock, ghostery, and privacy badgers does nothing. my guess is a preference in about:config is wrongly toggled. googling the issue has yet to yield a fix, however.

The new version of Firefox Quantum (63.0) has added a tracker blocking function. If you turn it on, it breaks the embedded tweets. I get a message saying the tweet cannot be displayed because of my ad blocker or tracking blocker. I can click the message to go to the tweet. FYI, there was a warning when I turned it on that it could cause some sites to not load properly.
