TV Shows - On Deck & In The Hole

Bleed S & G

Taking Crazy Pills
Looking for a new TV show to start up, we've either watched every episode out there, or are waiting for the next season to start up and need something to watch at night.. here is what we've seen so far the last few months to give you an idea of what our flavor is:
  1. Seinfeld
  2. Big Bang Theory
  3. Walking Dead
  4. True Blood
  5. Arrested Development
  6. It's Always Sunny
  7. The League
  8. Archer

Better Off Ted.

Co-stars Portia de Rossi and has some of the same writers (or producers/directors/gaffers/other people) as Arrested Development. Not as good as AD, but it might be the closest to it that I've found.

I would recommend Parks and Recreation but you really have to make it through 2 so so seasons before it becomes awesome.

Agreed on both of those.

I guess I'm a bit of a philistine, but wife and I enjoy Castle and Burn Notice. Also I enjoy Suits (identify with the guy w/o law degree more than the lawyer).......

Don't think there will be another Seinfeld, as that cast was as unique as it was wacky. Hal David did a marvelous job.

:gobucks3::gobucks4::banger: Does anyone know if there will be a 'Pay per View' of the Olympics? Want to spend less time on the major events, and more on the water polo, canoeing, rowing, and the odd ball sports....thanks...

I would definitely jump on the Burn Notice bandwagon with Cali. We have been watching that since the beginning. I like some of the other shows on USA like White Collar and Covert Affairs (a hot female spy what's not to like). They are pretty easy watches and don't take a lot of effort to follow.

Seinfeld was good but ranks below AD, Community for me.

USA makes quality shows. Suits is very good, as was Monk. Burn Notice and Psych are enjoyable summer escapes. Common Law is an okay show with solid banter between the partners. The supporting cast is weak but it's early.

The doctor show is weak.

Edit: covert affair, thank you! The spy show with the pink ranger is decent. It is a bit of a girly show but I can stomach it when the wife watches while I am doing something else. As you can see the wife likes USA

We just started white collar, which seems solid as well.

Feel the terror of the Norwegian troll! Community is probably my favorite show. Big Bang Theory wishes it had the witty nerd references Community does.

Jwins is dead on with Parks and Rec, too. It also produces kick ass avatars.
