We cook ours in the fireplace, after soaking it in a brine.... absolutely delicious!!

We'll be doing turkey day at my house again this year. Last year, I cooked the turkey upside down in a bag, but it still turned out pretty good. I did all the seasonings and rubs, but I wish I could figure out how to keep it from being so bland. Maybe that's just turkey....

Stuffed, Buttered with garlic butter, and then wrapped in aluminum foil and put on the Weber barbeque with coals, not gas.
