Turkey: Dark meat or white meat?

White looks much more appealing on the plate...
but dark is juicier and much more tasty

As a kid back in the 50's i could not wait for the Turkey to be done cause i was the only one who would eat the legs. But now i prefer the white meat

That's 'cause you don't cook your turkey on your Weber grill - outside - drinking - like I do. That way the two turkey meat races can live in juicy harmony.
