Sushi... How do you keep all of your fruits and vegetables fresh at home? One of the main reasons I don't buy fresh produce is because it always seems to spoil before I can eat it. I guess I could go to the grocery every other day, but that is just a pain in the ass.

It is a pain in the ass, and expensive. We get most of our veggies at Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, or at the farmer's market close to our house. We try to plan specific recipes to use with the veggies or else they will spoil. We've been making a lot of veggie sandwiches (one of our favorites is to grill muenster cheese on sourdough and then add avacado and sprouts).
