Plants have fat. Much of the unsaturated fat you see advertised comes from plants. Things like olive oil, peanut oil, canola oil all are based on plant fat. Nuts are also a good source of plant fat.

Not sure if you are into working out etc, but the fat you get from Avocodos is really good for you if you are trying to add muscle. BTW have any of you had Baja Fresh Guagamole? I prefer it over Chipotle.

Baja Fresh is ok, I like how they have a salsa bar.

Chipotle is owned by McDonalds need I say more.

All of the vegetables are SOAKED in butter as is the shell. Best way to go is to get the bowl.

They were recently acquired by McDonalds... when I say recently, I mean within the past couple of years. Not much has changed with their food preparation since they were bought by McDonalds.

Not too many people know about McDonalds owning Chipotle that is why I mentioned the fact. Do you know who owns Baja Fresh? Wendys. Taco Fresco? Burger King.

If you like Chipotle, you should try it. I know there's one on Lane, near the Lane Ave. Mall. I'm sure there are others in C-bus.

Sushi... How do you keep all of your fruits and vegetables fresh at home? One of the main reasons I don't buy fresh produce is because it always seems to spoil before I can eat it. I guess I could go to the grocery every other day, but that is just a pain in the ass.
