The Amazon footage of that play is the best.
That whole show had me highly entertained... it's a damn shame there was only 1 season. I'd drop a paycheck for a Revenge Tour edition.

While searching around I also found this Fox 360 Skycam

I still, for the life of me, can't figure out where he was throwing that ball other than "up"

Michigan drops home-and-home with UCLA for pair of Group of Five replacements

If Michigan wants to make it to the Rose Bowl in the near future, they’ll have to do so by overcoming long odds and winning the Big Ten to make it to the Granddaddy of Them All.

That’s the result of the school announcing on Friday that they have terminated a future home-and-home series with UCLA for 2022 and 2023. At the heart of the move is a purely financial motivation: the Wolverines want to have seven home games both years and needed to axe the Bruins from the slate in order to do so.

As a result of the changes, Michigan has announced that they have replaced the UCLA series with a game against Hawaii for Sept. 10, 2022 at the Big House and will host another Group of Five program in East Carolina on Sept. 2, 2023.

Isn’t Purdue the winningest team against OSU since 01 or some shit?

They have the best record of Big Ten teams, but not the most wins.
Penn State is 5-13 against Ohio State since 2001. (0.278)
Purdue is 4-8 against Ohio State since 2001. (0.333)
Wisconsin also has 4 wins, but 10 losses against Ohio State. (0.286)

(That's not counting this year, though I guess none of those records change, even if you count this year.)

When did OOC games have anything to do with Rose Bowl?
- if RB is semifinal:
... get into top 4 and coin flip whether you get Rose or Sugar

- else RB isnt semifinal:
... win Conference and dont make top4
... if you didnt win Conf and Winner is top4
... ... be most attractive runner up (easy for Michigan w/name recognition and drought*)

*2006/07, if you were wondering. Beneficiary of that last method. Didnt win, but winner went to Big Dance, and inherited the opportunity to get bitch slapped by USC.
Last time they won... 1997/98

I just realized it's a ref to UCLA' home stadium.
Derp.
Article is smarter than me... they knew scUM's only hope of seeing Rose was a regular season game.

I think someone here said that anyone who says that M*ch*gan losing their "elite" status doesn't know M*ch*gan. M*ch*gan in 2019 is who M*ch*gan has been for the past 40 years.

First, I counted a tie as a half a win, a half a loss. So a 10-0-2 record counts as a 11-1 season. If you don't like how I did that, feel free to smell your own armpit.

Second, I'm not counting this year. It's 1979-2018.

So in the past 40 years, they've had:
1 season with 0 losses
0 seasons with 0.5 losses
0 seasons with 1 loss
2 seasons with 1.5 losses
So 3 of 40 seasons (7.5%) had fewer than 2 losses.

7 seasons with 2 losses
1 season with 2.5 losses
So 11 of 40 seasons (27.5%) have fewer than 3 losses. 72.5% of their seasons were 3 or more losses.

11 seasons with 3 losses
0 seasons with 3.5 losses
That's 22 seasons with fewer than 4 losses. 18 seasons (45%) of their last 40 seasons had 4+ losses.

They are the little guy in 11th grade with the Napoleon complex, who loses at beer pong, cries about getting bumped on his last throw, then brags about beating up some bullies when he was in 6th grade (and he doesn't tell you that those "bullies" were in the 3rd grade at the time).

M*ch*gan may have lost their "elite" status, but it was before Reagan got elected PotUS. It isn't "news".

all this

3.6 losses per season for the last 40 years
29 of the last 40 seasons had 3 losses or more

The M stands for "myth"
