Unfortunately for Michigan fans and their hopes of return to glory, they have to play Notre Dame early in the season. I will, as always, not be rooting for the Irish, but I don't think this generations"Big Game Bob" will have the wolverines ready. They look pretty safe after that until the last day of November, but they'll be stuck behind in the playoff polls until then. (and heading to the Peach Bowl afterwards.)

Oddly, they actually play ND late in the season.

Wasn't crazy about these unis, but few things are better than a Buckeye win in the pig house.

The names...hard to believe they were a decade ago. Oh, and Tate Forcier really, really sucked.

After the Purdue loss that year the offense was like watching paint dry because they put the clamps down on Pryor until the Rose Bowl.

That game had the scUM trio - Magic Hands, Hairlice and D-tard.

I'm really partial to the Penn State team plane crashing into the stadium.

If given omnipotent, eternal, creative power to fulfill just one wish for all mankind I'd crash that plane into that stadium during that game before I'd choose world peace.

After using that one chance for a do-over to benefit all mankind on that wish, when called on the celestial carpet I'd be all

I'm not really sure what a "dream Big Ten season" is. But they're discussing their version of it.
One guy comes up with all Rutgers.

Maybe they'll finish 6-3 with that schedule? Good enough for 3rd place in Big Ten East?

That schedule only has 8 games. I assume The Game would still be on the schedule and that one of the 3 losses is definitely to Ohio State so I can dig 6-3.

However, they would have 3 OOC games. Assume one is Notre Dame, 6-4. If they schedule a MAC team from NW Ohio then they are at 6-5. If their last OOC game is against a cupcake team out of North Carolina then I see them going 6-6.

At least they would be bowl eligible.

Notre Dame at Georgia early. If they win that and roll into Ann Arbor undefeated I don't care how many points the Bucks beat everybody by they're going to be sitting behind the Irish in the polls. If they play Georgia close, they'll be no worse than a few points behingan undefeated Ohio State in late October.

If the dogs roll them bad we probably get two SEC teams and Clemson with the fourth spot a toss upbetween ND and the Big Ten champ.

The Bucks can take care of business with Michigan, but they have to be at least one game better than the Irish to go to the playoffs.
