Yep. Once Self's kids moved on, Illinois was strictly a middle-of-the-pack B1G team. I don't think Groce will change that much. They needed to make a splash with this hire, and failed. It's not that I think Groce is a bad coach, I just don't see him as a major upgrade over Weber. I think he's definitely an upgrade coaching-wise, but I can't see him making the splash in Chicago recruiting that they need.jwinslow;2138999; said:

If Indiana can lose to an unranked Butler, anything can happen. Northwestern is one of those teams UM has struggled with over the years. I wouldn't be shocked if they lost to them.
