and might have even drawn a foul after the bucket with the amount of scatterbrained plays down the stretch this weekend.BuckeyeNation27;1895538; said:somebody was streaking under the hoop. a well timed dump off pass in mid air would've lead to a pretty exciting dunk to send it into OT.

Jr was on the left block when Darius rose up, drawing the defender away from JR and the basket.germ;1895811; said:Jr was on the wing on the left side, Stu was in the right. Morris took a good shot, he just missed it. It happens

It wasn't a bad shot but the dunk is probably safer if he kept track of the time left.
Watching it at full speed he looked much more open since he closes quickly on the basket. Upon further review (pausing it during the jumper), he was still a bit further from the basket than I thought. I think he could have dunked it but that would have been a risk a shooter probably wouldn't take that late in the game.BB73;1895917; said:On the left block? With 3.7 seconds left, Morris is starting up, and Hardaway had just left his spot-up position outside the 3-point line, and just crossed it, still at least 18 feet from the basket. I think Morris looked for him a half-second earlier, when he was outside the 3-point line, but being guarded. And then Morris decided to take an open 12-footer in the middle of the lane, and Hardaway headed in for a potential rebound. I think Morris's decision was fine, he just missed the shot. I agree with germ.
To act like Hardaway had an easy dunk if Morris would have decided to pass the ball to him is quite a stretch in my view.
