Agreed!
Best chance for a final shot for TSUN was drawn up and executed.
Slightly behind Smotrycz (on the bench with 5 fouls), Morris had been dependable (7-12 from two) for TSUN on Sunday.
The three ball had not been reliable.
Hardaway from 3 was 1-6.
Stu from 3 was 0-2.

Novak was 4-9 from 3.
Smotrycz was 2-2 from 3.
The rest of the team 1-10.

Jr was on the left block when Darius rose up, drawing the defender away from JR and the basket.

It wasn't a bad shot but the dunk is probably safer if he kept track of the time left.

On the left block? With 3.7 seconds left, Morris is starting up, and Hardaway had just left his spot-up position outside the 3-point line, and just crossed it, still at least 18 feet from the basket. I think Morris looked for him a half-second earlier, when he was outside the 3-point line, but being guarded. And then Morris decided to take an open 12-footer in the middle of the lane, and Hardaway headed in for a potential rebound. I think Morris's decision was fine, he just missed the shot. I agree with germ.

To act like Hardaway had an easy dunk if Morris would have decided to pass the ball to him is quite a stretch in my view.

In the end, this season was far better than I expected and certainly nothing to point and laugh at...which is a shame really. Now comes the question about what they do next year. Can they keep this going or can we get back to the pointing and laughing that, truthfully, is a lot more enjoyable for all involved.

Watching it at full speed he looked much more open since he closes quickly on the basket. Upon further review (pausing it during the jumper), he was still a bit further from the basket than I thought. I think he could have dunked it but that would have been a risk a shooter probably wouldn't take that late in the game.
