It was blatant. Just like it was blatant that Lewan threw him down after the whistle and held hum there by the face mask.

MSU took some cheaps shot, that's who they are. Michigan is not big enough nor has the talent to compete with the Top teams in the big ten. Why we finished 8-4 this season

I accept Chris Spielman as a straightforward announcer. He was clearly upset by the overall behavior of the MSU team. After the taunting no call he listed the MSU penalties: Bullough took more than one cheap shot, Hardy (?) threw a punch, and on more than two occasions Robinson was thrown to the ground-- by the same two-- well after the plays were over.

Had that happened in Columbus, had the player thrown been Miller, had the player taunted been Miller, the place would have erupted.

There's no room in college football for that kind of crap. Those of you calling Michigan sissies seem to me to have a strange set of values. The game is risky enough without going thug time and the taunting should be left to WWF.

I am shocked that a Dantonio coached team played like that and I suspect that he will be getting a well deserved earful from the commish this week.

Spielman is one of the best annoucers in the game today. He is straight forward and honest.

I will say him and Urban Meyer was an interesting combination.

That's a matter of opinion, dude. Fact of the matter is that Lewan threw Gholston to the ground after the whistle and held him there by his facemask. Given Lewan's history, it makes one wonder if that's the first dirty thing that Lewan did to Gholston on Saturday.

By the way--were you just as up on arms and on your moral high-horse when this happened:
