We had momentum early, and I feel like a couple of shitty calls really slowed us down. They missed an obvious travel on a scUM player, then called one on us. They called one on Craft with 2 seconds left on the shot clock for playing tough defense.

I don't know.

The refs aren't the reason for what's going on...that's a cheap copout. tOSU is loafing a bit right now and scUM is taking advantage. Hopefully adjustments are made, but like said above, something has been "off" since the Purdue game. It's like they're ready to rest on their laurels...

there are two wins i want the most from here on out: tonight and at wisconsin. after that, i just want to see hustle and heart. if they lose in spite of what they put on the table, i can live with it. they better damn well win tonight if they care about the colors on the jersey, though.

This. I want to see the Bucks try to dictate the tempo when teams try to play a half court stall tactic. At least put one man on the inbounds receiver, and then don't let them have the space at the top of the key and the half court line. Make them pass inside, and double team on the outside if they don't. Trap them, force them to move the ball. More ball movement can lead to more turnovers.

Absolutely.

Sometimes, a loss will wake a team up but I'm not advocating it. I'd prefer to see them motivate from within, wanting to defend their unblemished record.

The Schott is beautiful but it's too big for my tastes. I'd prefer a 12,000 seat arena with people fighting to get tickets and being so damn happy they got one they go nuts the entire game.

Too many seem like they're sitting on their couch, waiting to be entertained.
