Joking aside, meh, I always remove images when someone takes the time to let me know they're the copyright holder and they don't want them on the site. Beyond just being the proper thing to do, it's just a matter of basic respect -- both for the people who created the images, and those who own it, as well as the property itself. I'd just rather they approached me decently in an effort to ask, but we're talking local-level "talent" here, so it is what it is.

I can assure you if there was a group such as that, and of course there isn't, any of their lawyer types would certainly not have ever heard of this guy. Likewise, assuming said group and said particular employment is had by member(s) of the same, although such a conjecture is pure fancy, I can suggest that they'd feel this is not particularly good lawyering if it's in his client's interest to make money selling things. But, this is all conjecture. Pure and simple. I wouldn't know the first thing about it.
