That was the win we needed I think to lock up a #2 seed in the big dance. How about being a #5 seed in your own tournament and a #2 seed Nationally.

The only team that might be able to contend really is Arkansas and Houston need 1 of them to lose in their conf tournaments and I think we are safe.

We probably get in over 1 of them maybe even if they both won their conf tournaments but it won't be a lock.

Jesus tits we made that tougher than it had to be, but losing Young in the second half was a killer and we persevered for a great win. Purdue is legit, there's no doubt about it. Heading into OT I had my doubts but we played great when it mattered.

Very happy to have the win, I think that locks up a 2 seed, which is a very big deal. Going into the scUM game with some tired legs with how we finished this game and Minnesota though. Would be really defying the odds to pull it off tomorrow but what the hell, you can't count this team out in any game.

Great day, Go Bucks! Ran into a couple other Buckeyes at the sports bar and did a couple victory shots. So I don't think any more work is happening today.

Sueing had to step up once EJ got 4 fouls.

Sueing may be the key tomorrow. He'll have a size mismatch if they guard him small and he'll have a speed mismatch if they guard him with Franz or the other guy. He can go off all day tomorrow and I'd be ok with it.

The extreme 2nd half and late regulation struggles are reaching a point of absurd predictability. Like it is basically a parody now. If I weren't a fan it'd be comical how it just keeps repeating.

That said, what a great performance in OT and epic revenge win.

I guess the strategy in close games now should be to do what we can to force OT, even if we're slightly ahead (like even if we are up only 2 we should foul to prevent 3s).

Was laughing about that strategy to myself too- Mike80 said we’re good in the first and third periods like hockey. All about catching the right ebb and flow with this team, I guess.

Also, this was so predictable. In a group chat that includes some Boilermakers and they were upset at the half saying it was over. I texted back, “have you seen Ohio State in the last 5 minutes? It’s a disaster”

I guess I meant last 20 today.
