"Play calling" isn't hard to understand, folks. CJ isn't a read option QB and his short/intermediate passing has been inaccurate so the coaches don't trust him. Other than the occasional bomb, we're getting running plays and trickery. As long as we have a two score lead I don't expect it to change. They'd rather punt and play defense than risk an interception.

Live games are neither the time nor place for the coaches to play inexperienced players just to satisfy your curiosity. If they played Collier, you'd probably find out real fast why they're not playing him.

The number one job of the QB tonight is to avoid turnovers. Cardale is doing that.
