tOSU vs ILLINI (Merged All)

daddyphatsacs

Let the cards fall...
For anyone who will be at the Illinois game on Sunday, please bring your vocals. I have a feeling that something special could happen. Illinois is awesome, but I have that feeling ya know? Maybe it's the beer........

I'll be there rooting for the impossible. Go Bucks!!!!

I really think it's a distinct possibility, sacs. You'd have to pick Illinois, but Terence Dials is probably the most powerful low-post player in the conference, and if the Bucks can just keep enough defensive intensity for 40 minutes to make Illinois work for it, and heat up on the perimeter J's, I really think we've got a shot.

tOSU vs ILLINI (OFFICIAL GAME THREAD)

:osu2: VS :ill2:

Last season, Thad Matta’s Xavier team knocked then-No. 1 St. Joseph’s from the ranks of the unbeaten late in the season.

This year, in his first season at Ohio State, Matta will attempt to achieve the same feat against No. 1 Illinois.

The Buckeyes (18-11, 7-8 Big Ten) will host the Fighting Illini (29-0, 15-0) Sunday at noon at soldout Value City Arena.
Lets hope we can play better than we have all year and use the crowd to our advantage and shock the college basketball world.

We need to get better guard play. We need to recruit some ball handlers.
We did. Jamar Butler was Mr. Ohio for a reason, but he's looking like frosh. Dee Brown wasn't as good as he is now when he was a frosh, either.

I have no problem with recruiting some more, however. :wink2:

18-10, 11 minutes left...
