Disagree all you want, but here is your answer....

Look at all the in-state and high profile games being set-up for the next 4-5 years.

Tressel has One BIG game then we have Ohio, BG, Cinncy, Marshall, Army... These are high recruit-high visibility games.

Go down to west point, grab a few burly fullbacks, quick strong tackles and D ends. Go down to West Virginia, grab a quick Back/QB/WR or two. And we all know why you have to play in-state, change a few minds of those guys looking at Ohio, toledo, akron ect.

The guys down there are setting up to haul in those B to B+ recruits that skip out across the boarder or to another in state school.

I'm not following you. Are we letting valuable West Point Cadets slip through our fingers?

No, but you need quality filler on your team to have a good scout squad, you need those B+ recruits to fill the scout team and everynow and a then one of those B+ recruits turn out to be a stud, ie Hawk, lil Animal ect.

We arent losing anyone to Marshall or Army, but why not get a few more decent guys?

I would argue that there are plenty of those right here in good ol' Ohio, but I don't want to be called :nerd:

Given the events of this past weekend in the Orange Bowl I would far, far, far rather be a visitor at West Point on 9/18 despite its cramped quarters - than go to the Orange Bowl the prior week, and sit cheek by jowl with yahoos and psychos that embrace thuggery. At least I would be assured that the young men playing on the field in Black & Gold, trying to keep pace with our Buckeyes, are doing it all from their gut, playing with pride, and keeping the "fight" between the whistles.
Idea - Is there a reasonably accessible Pro stadium they could use as capacity will be an issue?
Also, don't we get the first game with the Black Knights coming to Columbus? That will be a great day.
