I think Noland is great, but I watched a lot of the Elite 11 and Sayin was the clear #1 to me. Take that with a grain of salt as that's in shorts with no defenders, but I happen to remember another So Cal kid who jumped off the screen in shorts that worked out pretty well.

We are either for competition, or against it....we can't have it both ways.
Should we not take Sayin because Noland is against it? I love Noland's potential, but you do everything you can to improve at the most important position in the sport - period.

I'm beyond confused lol. I would be against it if and only if we lose Air over it. Kid stuck with us the whole recruiting ride and actively recruited guys to Columbus. Now if both will compete in the same room, you totally take Sayin. Just sayin...

If you can have 2 (presumed at the time) elite guys and have them battle it out you absolutely do. You don't want to end up with another McCord/Brown situation. You keep loading the clip as much as you can. You really can't worry about "scaring guys off" with how the current climate is. If all else fails you can always dip into the transfer portal again if you have to.
