So I think I see the biggest difference between Hayden and Henderson...

Hayden is more patient. And this is typically what zone schemes require. Henderson needs to see the hole and go...if he doesn't his instinct it to bounce it. That might not be fully correctable by coaching but I think Henderson definitely has the talent to give it a shot.
