A competent OL, for starters.

It's not the OL. It's the entire offense. When they want to run, they go 21 personnel. When they want to throw, they go 11 and motion the guy out of the backfield. They almost NEVER break tendency. That counter to Henderson earlier was the first I can remember in freaking forever.
