Bucky used their back up on the 38 ydrI clapped my hands when he had a 38 yard punt. Hey that's closer to 40 than it is to 30!

Nothing to panic about, but short yardage and red zone continue to be an issue they must get better at.
Kicking and punting isn’t close to good enough.
West needs to see more 1st team reps.
They’ve dominated the game, but continue to cost themselves points. Wisconsin is bad so it doesn’t matter right now, I guess it just seems so casual sometimes and it’s weird.
rate the following 1-5 based on 5 being excellent;
Run game - 2
Pass rush - 3
Coverage - 5
Pass protection - 4
So what are we going to do about the red zone offense? There’s been minimal to no improvement on that front and I’m just real my confused as to why.

For once we agree - Padilla needs more reps at guard.
So the one thing I think they need to do is establish a clear pecking order. Running backs get into a rhythm just as much as a QB does. Get someone in and there and establish something.Wondering if he and West could spark the run game. Don’t like the idea of relying on 2 freshman backs, and West needs more reps to see but he’s flashed.
Biggest question is can they pass block well enough yet.
What deeper routes? Did I miss them?I don't think Saying is in sync with Smith especially on deeper routes. Just an observation.
Throw it deep. TDS more important than dump offs.I don't think Saying is in sync with Smith especially on deeper routes. Just an observation.
I think it’s the play calling to be honest. Lose aggressiveness and start calling runs on 1-2 downs. Then 3rd down and 7 and it’s always a uphill climb at that pointThis team plays with its food too much sometimes.
I think part of it is their overall youth - Sayin is a killer but he's just a kid still. This 2nd quarter lacked killer instinct on offense for the most part.
