tOSU at Nebraska, Nov 6th, 12pm ET, FOX

Imo this is the worse stretch of play calling that we've had since Day has been here.

Just ignoring the run, ignoring numbers in the box, tons of throws on 3rd and short (3 yards or less) and just baffling time management.

IMO his equilibrium is way way off and he needs to center himself. Once he does it'll roll from there.
He's not ignoring the run he's choosing the wrong time to run. The 2nd drive we had a good look for a run on 2nd down they had 2 lbs and a DB to the left and one DB to the right. We had the play on for that but instead of just running the damn play they motioned Henderson deep and ran left straight at the strength of the D. It was stupid.

True.

I've only watched tOSU's games against Oregon and Penn State.

I've been flipping back and forth between this game and UGA-Mizzou. And as much as I enjoy watching the Dawgs crush them, this game has been more interesting from a competitive football standpoint so far.

Not seen a lick of GA. I assume they will win out and be the team to beat.

Also, I'm sure it's been discussed but I'm at a game watch and haven't popped in much...I've said this a million times, but how is Shaw still even playing, let alone every down? Our last line of defense shouldn't be a lumbering dude who can't even run with our LBs. Put Ransom or Kourt back there, literally anyone else...
1000% I thought Williams was the next stud? Imo it's time to see him more.

I know I keep ranting about this but Teague is healthy enough to play. Run him at this Defense, especially in the red zone. Then turn Henderson loose on them on the edges when they are tired of trying to tackle a bruiser. Then the play action is wide open. Seems we've been doing all this backwards.

That's what I mean that everything is off....

I've constantly pointed at areas of the field where we have had numbers to run the ball and we constantly run into the teeth of the defense.
