Anyone going to be tailgating? Is there a decent tailgate scene outside of Baltimore's stadium?
As much as I would like to do my work in a bar, I doubt they'd be happy with that.
I have several friends that tailgate in the parking lots between the stadiums (for Ravens games), so I'm sure there will be people there. I doubt I'll be tailgating, but will certainly stop by if a group of BPers want to have a meet & greet.
So where are we boozin' at that's within walking distance of the stadium??
Where you gonna be?
Is that close to East Pleasant Street?
What is the over/under on the term "cut block" being heard on radio and TV in the week leading up to this game?
They don't make numbers that high, Jax.Whatever the number is it will be lower than the amount of times CBS works in an SEC reference or plug.
My son does this spiel about ESPN interviewing B1G coaches:
ESPN "Today we are focusing on the Big Ten and will be interviewing their coaches"
Q to the coaches:
Dantonio: "Are you trying to emulate the dominance of Alabama with your defense?"
Meyer: "Don't you regret leaving the best conference in football?"
Andersen: "How did you ever get the nerve to play LSU the first game of the year?"
Hoke: "If you get fired this year, wouldn't your first pick be an SEC school?"
Pelini: "Which is better - head coach at Nebraska or defensive coordinator at LSU?"
Ferentz: "You have dominated the B1G coaching awards. Wouldn't you like to try, like Bielema, to win COY in a real conference - the SEC?"
Franklin: "What were you thinking?"
Fitzgerald: "Tell us about how close you are to becoming the Vanderbilt of the Big Ten?"
Wilson: "How do you think your offense would do against, say, an SEC defense?"
Kill: "Wouldn't you be more comfortable having siezures in the warmth of the deep south?"
Beckman: "Why can't you turn this program around like Ole Miss has?"
Hazell: "If Purdue was an SEC school, which school would it be?
Edsall: "Did you ever contact Mike Slive to see if there was an expansion opportunity there?"
Rutgers: "Did you ever wish that New Jersey separated from the continent and shifted down into the Georgia-Florida area?"
ESPN: "Tomorrow we will shift our focus to the SEC, and we will stay there for the next 3 months. Don't miss it."
