GO BUCKS!!!! Tressel 6-1 baby!!!

Is anyone else having trouble with this? The audio works fine for me but the video just doesn't work. It will just pause on an image for around 15 seconds. Tips? FYI, I'm using a VLC media player.

It also constantly shuts off because it encountered a problem and I have to send an error report.

It could be copyright protections induced into the broadscast.

im not sure how any of this works, but ive been downloading the tennessee game for 3 days and am only at 5%, only getting 3 kb/s. this is the only game that ive downloaded thats taking this long. would this help if more people seeded? not understanding. thank for the help guys!

Unfortunately, I suppose it sounds about right. My bit torrent client shows only me seeding the basketball games from last year and it's been that way for some time. It currently shows uploading of all the divx versions and two of the DVDs I did. Couple that with the HBO special (I do show 4 seeds with that one, at least) and the fact that I am downloading two things myself and that is why you have such a slow download. I have a DSL connection that typically is uploading at approximately 450 kb/s. When I finish my downloads, Azureus will give more priority to uploading, but I don't expect that to make considerable difference.

This is the nature of bit torrent. timBUCK2's DVDs are a good example of bit torrent at it's best. Because he does such a great job with games that are very popular, then the initial download is fairly fast and we often have seeds that last. Of course this is not the case with last year's basketball games as I appear to be the only seed for those games. It just simply is what it is.:(

I am trying to improve the availability of these games.:

Stage6 ? woodyhayes68 ? Videos

Since this Stage6 site allows uploads of up to 2 GB divx files and enables direct downloading, I am going move the games there. A single download of a 2 GB file from their site with a broadband connection should take 2-3 hours. This is a much improved way to share considering the single bit torrent seed that currently exists. Anyone interested in download from this site will need to install their Divx Web Player to view / download:

Stage6 ? Download

Spyware scans after I installed this showed no evidence of any crapware bundled with it.

Since it appears that both the Tennessee and Xavier game are the most popular, I will attempt to get these uploaded to Stage6 next. Each of my files are just above the 2 GB limit, so I have to recode them to get under the site's limit. My latest attempt experienced some audio sync problems, but I will keep after it until I get these games switched over. In the meantime I will continue to seed each game, but I will be pulling these seeds per each game that I upload to Stage6. All the DVDs that I did of these game will continue to be seeded per bit torrent.

I'm no computer expert, but that looks like a pretty hefty file and HD to boot. Is your computer powerful enough to process that? The HD encodes I've downloaded in the past would just stutter through the video with normal audio.

Q - My PC is having trouble playing these. Anything I can do?
A - HD video requires quite a high end machine. Make sure you have recently defragged your PC and have the most recent codecs. Also uninstall any unnecessary programs. If you can it's best to try playing on a clean (recently formated) machine. Worst comes to worst you can always upgrade to more RAM. There are too many factors that attribute to being able to play HD video. Try a bunch of different stuff and post if you're still having trouble.

How do I defrag codecs?

EDIT- The windows media player is doing a better job. Still very choppy though.

Hey guys, I need some help.

I have the 2005 and 2002 Michigan game in AVI format. For some reason they do not work on my new vista system. It wont even let me burn the AVI files to a DVD, even though I have Nero 7. I have downloaded every codec and divx there is and no luck. I am trying to download the DVD files off Azureus. Can anyone help me either to get the AVI's to work or with the DVD download?

Much thanks fellow Buckeye fans.

For anyone having trouble viewing neomit's HD cap I would recommend installing VLC media player if you don't already have it. It is already packed with several codecs that may help. This is a free media player. Windows Media Player pales in comparison:

I should have put in the notes that you will require a bit of processing power to play the HD game. I haven't done any testing, but since this is WMV and WMA, I think the latest version of WMP (11) would be your best bet to play this. (normally Media Player Classic or VLC would be best for mkv, xvid, avi, etc.) Also make sure you have the latest codecs of WMV & WMA. All this should be available from Microsoft's site.

Let me know if/when you get it resolved.

Well, I deleted a few files, defragmented my computer, and downloaded those codecs but saw no improvement. I guess my computer just can't process it. Thanks for the help, everyone.
Try moving to a new state. actually there is a good reason that you may not be able to get your computer to do what you want and that is it may just not have the capacity
