I have added a new game to Rock3tm4nn's torrent page.
It is the 1998 MIssouri game which will be available as soon as azureus completes their end.
Here is the link for the Torrent page. We owe him a thank you for his efforts.
Torrent Links have been moved to bpWiki

And lastly If possible can a mod merge this thread with the one below so as to make it easier for all. Thank you.

So does the 94 OSU vs Mich download work? I would love to have a copy of this game. Also, if anyone needs help converting older games I can help. Just let me know how. Thanks.

Yes it does work, but I revisited BestBuckeye's torrent for this and it appears to still be only the first half (994 mb). Quality wise it looks like a VHS to DVD transfer.

I have converted his 74 Buckeye-Michigan DVD to divx and taken out the extra ESPN content (bowling, etc.). In addition, I reauthored his DVD, eliminating the "extra content", commercials and added an intro. I will try to get both torrented soon.

With BestBuckeye's approval I have converted his '74 Buckeye v Michigan game to divx and also reauthored the DVD. The aforementioned editing has been done. Please note that when I pulled the files from his DVD, I had to rework the aspect ratio. I would imagine that his DVD plays fine in a set top player, but the pulled files' ratio was like 16:9 standing on it side. I had this problem in the past when I tried to reauthor a DVD created with a VHS to DVD set top machine. My "rework" consisted of cropping the top and bottom and zooming to full screen (4:3). It's not perfect, but I'll keep it. The divx has the same ratio problem, but if you use VLC you can change this using the selection from "Video" on the toolbar.

Below is the '74 Buckeye-Michigan game in both divx and DVD format (DVD folders - creat ISO and burn to disc):

Thanks Woody, Im still trying to perfect all this.

You are welcome and as stated in a PM, if you need help with video let me know. I am by no means an expert, but I've learned a few things while working with the various codecs and editors. Actually VideoHelp.com , AfterDawn.com and Doom9.net - The Definitive DVD Backup Resource are outstanding resources of information. There are also many here that helped me in the past with a video / torrent problem.

I do feel the need to restate that I was not trying to call you out in an earlier post, if not for your perception, then others. I appreciate anyone willing to add to what is an admirable collection of Buckeye video. I just felt it would be helpful to point out that some of the vids were not complete so that anyone who would download would not be surprised. In hindsight, I probably should have PM'd you instead.

I figured I'd jump on the torrent wagon... I built a new computer a couple of months ago and finally have the space to do so. I have have the 2006 Michigan game fully downloaded and is seeding. I'm attempting to download 2002 PSU (70% done so should have no issues), 2006 Iowa (no seeds), and 2006 Texas (few seeds). If anyone has the last two I'd appreciate help. I'll also leave all of these seeding when they are finished. The 2002 is Best Buckeye's and the last three are TimBUCK2's DVD ISOs (BTW, great job, both of you!).

Another question... I am attempting to burn the games onto DVD's. After reading through a good part of the thread I downloaded DVD Shrink to create the ISO files and used Nero 6 to burn the ISO to a disc (used 2006 scUM game since that is the only game. The disc works great on my PC (with both Windows and VLC media players). The disc was able to read on my DVD player on my TV, the menu looks great, but when the game starts playing the entire video is showing on the left 2/3 of the screen and the right 1/3 shows some of the left side of the video... hopefully that makes sense. I'm thinking the issue is most likely with my DVD player as it is almost 5 years old so I'm going to try it on another one. Has anyone else had this issue?

Timbuck 2's Texas DVD

Hey guys,
Tomorrow I'm leaving home (Managua, Nicaragua) and am flying to Columbus. Its going to be a long day of travel and long flights. I was wondering if anyone could seed Timbuck 2's Texas DVD so that I can have some in flight entertainment??? My program (Azureus) says I have about 20 hours remaining to finish the dowload. I need more seeds so that I can finish the download in time for my day of travel tomorrow.

I will also seed for as long as I can.

Thanks in advance.

Help

I was trying to follow the instructions to download the games. I downloaded Azureus and then the VLC media player. Then I went to click on the game links but nothing happened. My next question is how can I burn these games on to a DVD? Thanks to anyone who can help.
GO BUCKS!
