After sub-par performances throughout Weeks 1 and 2, the Big Ten had a solid Week 3 showing. [ MORE: Get Week 3 scores, stats & AP recaps ] The conference finished 9-3 in non-conference action on Saturday, with Penn State topping Rutgers, 28-3, in the lone Big Ten game of the day.
