Tony "Benedict" Alford (meh)

Since Alford left for scUM, he has the RB room(which was their strength at one time) looking like hot garbage:
0 rushing TDs
4yds/car
0 players with even 100yds for a game
2 3star RBs(but hey 1 is from IMG and the other from LA deep south)

While OSU under Lock:
8 rushing TDs
6.2yds/car
1 100yd rusher
2 4star RBs

I think OSU is doing alright

It was something of a coup for new Michigan football head coach Sherrone Moore to wrest Ohio State running backs coach Tony Alford away from Columbus. And though the results on the field haven’t exactly matched any of the previous three years offensively, the Wolverines tailbacks are glad to have him
This of the mental gymnastics needed to be glad to have a coach whose room isn’t producing. And only being happy about the decision because you “stole” him from your rival, but their new RB coach has their room as one of the best in the country and doing much better than when they had the guy you stole

I think that we ought to just let this go. Tony Alford has the right to coach wherever he can find a post that he wants. Oh, I know, we are suffering the loss so badly, but I guess we should just take it in stride. We'll miss you, Tony! We are so angry that those tricky bastards in Ann Arbor stole you right from under our nose and we rue the many decades that it will take us to get back to your standard of coaching and its effects on player performance, but don't worry about us. We are happy that trauma counseling has advanced so much in its development as a field and that we can lean on such professional help as we wake up every day ruing your departure.
