Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers @ Blossom June 22nd

I and some friends of mine are getting tix for this show on the 22nd. Can't WAIT to see Petty & co. Live. Quick question though.

Does anyone think it will sell out(meaning I should get tickets ahead of time thru ticketmaster), or do you think i'd be able to get 4 tickets at the gate the same day?

Ticketmasters fees now days are ridiculous. Like an extra 10 bucks a ticket with fees x 4 so i'd be saving 40bucks this way...but again I am afraid of it selling out.

Someone told me Eric Clapton sold out at Blossom last week which got me worried.

Buy them now bro, Tom Petty would be a kick ass concert and Blossom will sell out, so don't wait till the day of the show.

everything that comes up thru google/TP's website/blossom leads me to Ticketmaster.

Obviously I know you can get them off ebay and all that jazz but generaly when its sold out/raised prices.

what ticket brokers are out there that don't charge 15 fees adding up to more than the ticket itself lol

option 2 when your in the parking lot see a few lames go up and blast them and take their tics j/k

yeah, I was thinking along those lines. Best bet is to just get there early and tailgate(planned on this obviously)...find a couple young unsuspecting party goers and just get them obliterated drunk, they pass out, take the tix and walla!

I saw sooooo many people passed out in cars during the kenny chesney concert last week in Cleveland. People went down there so early to tailgate they drank themselves unconscious and ended up missing the show altogether.

yep, many concerts in my day that I have witnessed some wild shit. I lost my Nikes in the Mosh pit at the White Zombie Show in Cinci. I was busted up, bruised, burnt and one hell of a hangover the next day.

When Petty was in Columbus it was a sell out - I'm going to buy mine ahead of time and pay the extra $10 just to have my tickets in hand for the show up in Cleveland.. I figure if I buy them from a scalper I'll most likely be a little above face value anyways..
