to be honest i really dont know much of anything from either of these schools so it should be interesting. canfield seems like the better team but toledo walked over avon lake and beat watterson. im going with toledo because they havnt been crowned in a while.:biggrin:

To say this game was played on concrete wouldn't be very far fetched. They AstroTurf was completely frozen and there was sheets of ice all over the field. The TCC QB was in the endzone and slipped on the ice. Safety for Canfield. TCC scored at the end of the half with 30 seconds left on a "Hook and Ladder" play. They threw to the WR and he quickly tossed it to the other WR coming out of the flat and it went all the way for a TD.


Poor clock management by Canfield. On their last TD they had the ball with like 9:30 left, when they scored only 1:45 was left. A 18, yes thats right an 18 PLAY drive. Again they still needed another score. They just barely missed getting the onside, the ball bounced right into the kicker's chest at the 46 yard line and he hold onto it.

Congrats to both teams, they put everything out on that field.
