Toledo 13, TSUN 10 (final)

I'm flipping between the OU game and the Illinois game and I look down at the ticker and see the score TSuN 10 Toledo 7. I was just checking to see if it was an error. Now, is it? I was even convinced that this was going to be a blow out. They go from beating Wiscy to getting hammered by Illinois to playing a close one with a 1-4 team. Rich Rod just can't get a break. I'm loving it.

After further reflection, I disagree. Beating an undefeated PSU would still be beating a "slow Big Ten team" in the eyes of many.

Our road to national respect starts with winning the Big Ten and getting the automatic BCS bid. That is enhanced with a Wisconsin win over PSU tonight.

We need to win a BCS bowl this season, most likely Rose, and we can't do it unless we get there. We can't afford to rely on voters at this point. We need to win the bid, by winning the conference.
