I heard a lot of people asking me if I was excited about Alex Smith.
I said no. They were confused.
He's always turned the ball over too much. Three turnovers today. Two picks and a fumble. This team is based on pounding the other team and controlling the clock, then winning with field position and defense. Turnovers are costly. He does it too much.
Doesn't help that Chris Johnson is establishing himself as one of the best running backs in the NFL. I'd probably put him in the top five, maybe top three.
