I'm in on the league as well.

I find the move to be very inconsistent. However, I read on the forums that the demo move controls were an early build. They worked on the move controls for about 3 weeks more.

How hard is this game to get the hang of? I'm thinking about picking it up on the ps3. Are the extra courses worth the money? I need a new game to play, one person can only play so much Call of Duty BO zombies so many times(except for my roommates).

Get the demo and see if you like the game play. Golf games aren't for everyone. The only real hard thing to overcome is putting. Aside from that, if you have general golf knowledge, this game won't take long to get accustomed too.

Like DA says, try the demo out first. Now if you do enjoy it and plan on keeping the game a while, the extra courses are definitely worth it.
