So is it possible that Louisville fans will be looking to scalp their tickets following their game? Are they even able to do that?

I'd rather not pay for anything more than the OSU ticket but I am not sure if that is possible.
 
No. That is not possible. Fans from the teams playing the first game will not be able to scalp their tickets for the second game. That ticket can only be used to get in the arena once from past experience. Now after Friday's games, there will be some scalping going on for the game that will be played on Sunday.
