Correct. Only Texas Tech, with some late scores in the opener, got at least 20 in regulation. And only Notre Dame, Oklahoma, and USC (who passed tOSU in 2005) have been ranked #1 more frequently in the AP poll.

Correct. Only LSU has won the BCS Championship game without yet reaching #1 in any year of the BCS.
