Correct. Only Texas Tech, with some late scores in the opener, got at least 20 in regulation. And only Notre Dame, Oklahoma, and USC (who passed tOSU in 2005) have been ranked #1 more frequently in the AP poll.

Is the first one asking if a team has won the BCS championship game, but has NEVER been #1 in the BCS rankings, or just not in that year they won the game?

BB73 - Never BCS #1 in the entire 8 years

edit - actually either way the only team was LSU :wink2:
